 Robert Novick Managing Director
Mr. Novick is a Managing Director of Promontory Asset Finance
Company. Prior to joining Promontory, he was a Director in the
Securitization Group of the Americas at ING Capital Markets LLC,
until March 2003. Mr. Novick is on PAFC's ABS origination and
execution team.
Mr. Novick's responsibilities at ING's Securitization Group
encompassed all aspects of securitization, origination, and
execution. He has experience in the securitization of a wide array
of asset classes, including subprime auto loans, credit card
receivables, structured settlements, state lottery awards,
taxi-medallion-backed loans, small business loans, small ticket
equipment leases, marine cargo containers, medical receivables,
trade receivables, and international trade credits. In addition to
his domestic securitization work, he was secunded to ING Barings'
ABS team in Tokyo in 1999 to execute securitizations of Japanese
consumer and small business loans.
Before joining ING, Mr. Novick worked in the investment banking
department of Yamaichi International (America) for six years. At
Yamaichi, he was primarily responsible for originating both domestic
and international bond offerings by a variety of supranational and
corporate issuers. He also was actively involved in cross-border
M&A. He spent two years as an internal auditor for the U.S.
Department of Energy's Office of the Inspector General, where he was
engaged in both financial and managerial auditing.
Bob holds an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management
at Cornell University (1987), where he participated in its Japanese
Business Program. He received his B.A. in Economics from the
University of Maryland (1983), and is Series 7 and 63 licensed. |
